BCOIC HBCU Legacy Scholarship
Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Legacy Scholarship program offers financial aid to students. We are dedicated to
assisting students in achieving their academic and professional objectives. Further, an effective educational service helps an individual in

Buffalo Soldier
In honor of the all–Black calvary units that fought in the American Army in the late 19th century, our Buffalo Soldier program was named after
them. The program’s goal is to provide structured activities and guidance to at–risk youth in order to help them develop leadership abilities,
self–discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
