Career Counseling
One–on–one counseling services to help individuals identify their strengths and interests to develop a plan for achieving career goals
including assistance with job applications, resumes, and interviewing skills.
Clerical/Office Assistant
Many different industries have a high demand for clerical and office support jobs. Our program is made to assist people in acquiring the
abilities, such as time management, organization, and communication, required to succeed in these jobs. Trough this program, you will learn about file management, database upkeep, and administrative assistance for employers.
Customer Service
Strong customer service skills can make all the difference in your job because they are critical to many industries. Our customer service
training program is made to assist people in acquiring the abilities necessary to deliver top–notch customer service. Through this program,

includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, successfully through our MS Office certification program. With this certification, you’ll be
equipped with the abilities necessary to succeed in various workplace environments.
Pre-Employment Work Maturity
Workplace success is significantly influenced by pre–employment job maturity. Through our program, we help people develop the
communication, problem–solving, and teamwork skills necessary to thrive in a variety of work environments. You will acquire the abilities and

Skills Training and Certification
We offer training and certifications to participants for them to succeed in various industries through various skill development programs. Our
training classes cover both technical skill training for particular jobs and soft skill development to improve communication and interpersonal
