We offer a comprehensive program that includes high-tech/high-demand job skill training, job readiness training, life skills training, adult primary education, English as a Second Language, and workplace literacy to Empower Yourself Through Education: Register for Bexar County OIC’s Literacy Program Today!

But that’s not all. We believe in addressing the barriers that keep individuals from achieving their potential. That’s why we offer post-job placement services for up to six(6) months after employment to reduce the obstacles to employment. Additionally, we take a holistic approach to address challenges that may impede positive participant outcomes. Our collaborative partnerships offer assistance with childcare, transportation, housing, utilities, and other services that can make a significant difference in the lives of our participants.
